what is a good shimano fishing reel and rod good for tarpon?
looking to buy one… i have a saros 3000 for small tarpon with a bass pro graphite series spinning rod.
I just want to point out that the fish don’t care what pole you use, they care about what’s on the hook. your best bet is to go down to the fishing good store and hold a few of them to see which of them “speaks” to you, feels comfortable and moves just right in your hands.
Then it’s game on with picking the perfect lure.
